  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We cannot accept those orders at this time through this store. Please email [email protected] and we can talk to you about the process of getting you a specific item and what it would cost.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders ship out in 1-2 weeks however there are times when I must restock items. At that point shipping may take longer. If there is a specific date that you must have your product in hand, please make a note in your order or send an email to [email protected].

    At this point in time with my process I do not offer tracking numbers unless specifically requested. I package all items in waves and take them to the post office; I do not generate tracking numbers myself due the variations in package weight/size, however I do receive them from the post office for the entire wave of packages. If the items in a particular wave all ship to the same zip code individual packages can be hard to locate.

  • Do you accept orders outside of this online store?

    The best way to ensure that your order is correctly processed is to go through the online store. I can process orders via email however that is usually where problems occur. Going through the site is much better.
